Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Please note that production and delivery are two separate processes, each with its own timeframe. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance, so exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

We carefully prepare and securely package every order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

All orders are shipped with trusted express delivery services and include full tracking, allowing you to follow your package from our workshop to your doorstep.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide! We cannot expedited international shipping or speed up the transit time/customs clearance process. We do not guarantee actual delivery dates.

  • CUSTOMS FEES: the amount of taxes depends on your country's laws. Due to big dimensions of the package you will pay customs and import taxes. Admire The Wood are not responsible for them.
  • LEAD TIME: Orders ship within 1–5 business days of purchase.
  • DELIVERY TIME: Delivery to the USA, Canada, and most European countries usually takes 5–10 business days. Delivery to remote destinations such as Australia and New Zealand usually takes 5–15 business days.
  • SHIPPING RATES: Free worldwide shipping.

Customs Duties and Taxes

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges that customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees and other charges imposed by government authorities or shipping carriers in the destination country may apply. These charges are collectively referred to as “Import Charges.”

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, during checkout, in the shipping method description or in the order confirmation, all orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis. Import Charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges paid to AdmireTheWood and are the responsibility of the buyer.

If the product page, shipping method or checkout process explicitly states that duties and taxes are included or that the order is shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), AdmireTheWood will pay the applicable Import Charges on the buyer’s behalf to the extent specified in that offer.

The buyer is responsible for paying all applicable Import Charges required for customs clearance and delivery. Failure or refusal to pay these charges may result in delivery delays, storage fees, return of the shipment, abandonment or destruction of the goods, or other actions taken by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if the buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay applicable Import Charges or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned, abandoned or destroyed, AdmireTheWood may deduct from any available refund the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, storage fees, handling fees and other costs incurred in connection with the order. If these costs equal or exceed the amount paid for the order, no refund may remain available.

AdmireTheWood is not responsible for delays, additional costs, penalties, confiscation or other actions taken by customs authorities, government agencies or shipping carriers in the destination country.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you experience a customs or delivery issue, please contact us before refusing the shipment so we can review the available options.
