The base of every tree is made of beech wood, the vertical support is made of ash wood, and the central axis is made of stainless steel.

Yes. The branches rotate clockwise around the central axis and can be arranged in different configurations. Standard Christmas tree ornaments are suitable for decorating the tree.

Assembly takes approximately 10–30 minutes, depending on the tree size. No additional tools are required: a special plywood wrench and assembly instructions are included.

Disassemble the tree according to the included instructions and place its components in the reusable cardboard box provided. Store the box in a dry indoor location.

Yes. We provide free worldwide shipping from Ukraine using DHL, FedEx or UPS, depending on the destination and available service.

Orders are normally prepared within 1–5 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 5–12 business days, but exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.

We recommend ordering as early as possible. International carriers and customs services may experience delays during the peak holiday season.

Import duties and taxes depend on the destination country’s regulations. Any applicable customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price.

Please provide valid contact details and monitor your tracking updates. Costs caused by an unavailable recipient, incorrect contact information, refused delivery or an undeliverable parcel may be deducted from the refund.

Eligible non-personalized and non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. They must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Personalized products, custom-made orders, sale or clearance items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

For an exchange, return the eligible item after receiving approval and place a separate order for the replacement. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected.
